Full time with 3 days a week in the office.
Are you a data scientist wanting to see insights be transformed into business value? Are you someone who wants to scale repeatable solutions? Do you want to make your mark on a novel product? If yes, you might be our person.
Herdify is a growing B2B SaaS company with big consumer-brand ambitions. We deliver behavioural science to consumer brands.
We're looking for a data scientist to join and make the role their own. We're the first company to build a product that unpicks human behaviour and we're looking for somebody who is energised by the uncertainty that comes with implementing something new. You’ll be joining a small team as the person who can focus on identifying and delivering the insights and features customers want.
This role sits at the intersection of data science, product and implementation. The successful candidate will be working alongside our customer success team to identify business insights that are valuable to clients. They will work alongside Product and Engineering to turn these into features usable for all customers via our SaaS platform. We are looking for someone who is able to translate business requirements into data science questions, and then design and prototype the product features that answer them. They will be confident presenting to customers as part of the prototype development process and gathering feedback to prioritise product development. This is a fast paced and strategically important role, reporting into one of our Co-Founders, Dr Ed Barter.
Why Herdify? Over the last few years we’ve built a product that works and is delivering benefits to brands. The biggest personality in Behavioural science for marketing, Rory Sutherland, has said "Herdify fundamentally change the way marketing is done". Now, as we scale we need to ensure our product remains the best in the market, and that’s where you come in.
