This is a fun, interesting role for someone keen on working at a tech startup with the security of solid investment and impressive company leadership. It’s a B2B role with a difference, as the brand is positioned as just that – a brand. The role reports directly to the CEO and collaboratively with the rest of the team. Line managing one colleague, the Marketing Manager (and brand guardian), and potentially also an apprentice in the short term. We are looking for someone experienced and flexible who can adapt to the ever-changing needs of a startup, now in its 3rd year, while offering the guiding stability of an experienced marketer. Who are we looking for? Well, you’ll be a creative, quick-thinking, detail-orientated person with a head for planning and a willingness to get stuck in. You will be confident and decisive, in the context of collaboration and inclusivity. In your role as line manager you will take overall responsibility for the development of creative assets and campaigns across brand building and performance driving channels. Your approach to people management will be nurturing and empowering, allowing your colleagues autonomy to develop with your guidance rather than direction. We will give you the authority and responsibility to develop and deliver the marketing plan, across all channels and aligned with targets and long-term objectives for growth. You will have the ability to adapt comms to emerging insights and trends, while ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity. Events are key to our business, and you will need to attend events across the country, including in London and Manchester, alongside your colleagues As a behavioural science business, someone with a keen interest in behavioural science and its impact on D2C and B2B marketing would be advantageous.
